TYPE B DOT APPROVED REINFORCED NYLON TUBING

  • Nylon tubing designed for use in tractor, trailer and other mobile air brake, fuel, instrumentation and air accessory systems. Meets SAE J844 Type B performance requirements as specified in SAE J1131.
  • 100% quality controlled - 100% pressure tested.
  • Saves weight and labor in comparison with copper tubing.
  • Heat and light stabilized.
  • Seamless extruded nylon 11 core reinforced with one open ply of fiberous reinforcement and a protective nylon 11 cover sheath. The outer cover and core are fused to minimize leakage and maximize impact resistance and are always of contrasting colors.
  • Temperature Range: 40°F to +200°F (-40°C to +93°C).
  • Maximum Working Pressure: 150 PSI.
